ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Because to patches n badges’ great customer service and experience, no transaction is ever canceled. If a customer wishes to cancel a purchase because they are unhappy with our service, we advise them to first speak with the customer assistance staff. The subsequent cancellation of orders policies, however, shall be applied if a client has already made up the decision and wishes to cancel an order:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of post-order placement. Order cancellation requests would be subjected to the following % deduction:

    • Order cancellation requests placed after 24 hours would be subjected to a 10% deduction
    • Order cancellation requests placed after 48 hours would be subjected to a 30% deduction
    • Order cancellation requests placed after 72 hours would be subjected to a 60% deduction
    • Order cancellation requests placed after 72 hours would only get a refund of shipping charges
    • Order cancellation requests placed after the parcel is dispatched, won’t be catered to, and no refund shall be made

    Order cancellation policies have been crafted to control the sudden backouts from the clients. We respect the hard work of our craftsmen and designer team. To protect their rights, and hard work, Embroidered Patches Canada took this action.

    Moreover, the customization of the order requires extra effort and extra raw material. The customized order cannot be reused for another client. Hence, order cancellation for customized orders cannot be canceled, depending upon the situation.
